Delivery Manager — Azure Cloud Migrations (Latin America)
Remote - Canada
|Contract
Our client is a Microsoft-focused services provider that helps mature startups break into the enterprise market. Every engagement centers on infrastructure migrations — moving clients off AWS or GCP and onto Azure — so the work is hands-on, client-facing, and outcome-driven from day one. As they scale, they're looking for a Delivery Manager to own these migration projects end-to-end.
This isn't a pure architecture seat. We're after someone who came up through the technical ranks — as a Solutions Architect, infrastructure engineer, or similar — and has since moved toward the business and delivery side. You'll still need the depth to design target Azure architectures and challenge a migration plan, but your day-to-day is about owning delivery: working alongside the sales team in pre-sales, shaping solutions, leading the project teams who build them, and keeping clients confident the whole way through. You thrive in a startup setting, you own outcomes, you make sound calls with incomplete information, and you deliver.
Engagement Details
This is a long-term, full-time contract opportunity without an end date. The engagement is fully remote, and the candidate must be based in Latin America. Because this is a client-facing role, you'll need strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
